Kentucky Lawmaker: Drug Testing Welfare Recipients Would Save ‘Millions And Millions’

This will do nothing but divert funds from the people to the private drug testing facilities­. There are only a few drugs that even show up after a few days, and those folks are not selling food to buy anything.
